Established in 1946, Treyco product Corp has a long history of manufacturing blade sharpening equipment. Although they also sell replacement parts and accessories for the Model 2000 (their flagship product), we approached the design of their site as a one-product site so visitors can immediately know what Treyco is all about, easily learn the features and benefits of their product, and have confidence purchasing from a site that is cleanly designed and more modern than their competitors and other sites within their industry.
ConquestGold.com is a new site created by United Precious Metal Refining, one of our long-time customers. The site allows a customer to purchase gold, silver, platinum, or palladium bullion (coins or bars) using a credit card or on an investment account. The site integrates web services to calculate real-time pricing for their products based on market data. Actual shipping and insurance charges are also pulled from FedEx. The site processes credit cards in real-time with Authorize.Net.
Lab-Aids.com continues to grow their site and related sites as they expand into new areas of science education products and curriculum. The site is currently over 1000 pages, and customers are able to search and browse all products and see their contract pricing as well as add their own product reviews. This cart is a nice blend of HTML and database functionality which makes product maintenance simple and product presentation more flexible than an "off-the-shelf" shopping cart or CMS could provide. Lab-Aids also manages thousands of e-book subscriptions for school districts across the nation using a custom subscription interface we built for them.
Catalina Express offers year-round service to and from Catalina Island in California. With up to 30 departures daily from ports in Long Beach, San Pedro and Dana Point, over 17 million customers have boarded a Catalina Express sailing since 1981. Their website connects to their base reservation system to search pricing and availability from multiple points of origin and destinations, processes credit cards in real-time and writes the reservation back to the system, so there is no involvement necessary from the ticketing agents.
For over 15 years EXPEDITIONS has been providing the most reliable, affordable transportation between the islands of Maui and Lana`i. Local residents and visitors alike enjoy their short trip across the Auau Channel aboard Expeditions fast, United States Coast Guard certified vessels. Johnson Rose is a wholesaler, so their site cannot really be considered a full shopping cart, but they do have sophisticated integration with JIMS, their business system developed by Copeland Data Systems. Using CONNX, their website connects with their business system so information is updated in real-time. Johnson Rose manages products, sales rep territories, and bulletin board items ("New & News"). Their site is bilingual (English and Spanish versions).
ScienceEnthusiast.com is another dynamic, database-driven e-commerce site that securely processes credit cards in real-time though Authorize.Net. Niagara Frontier Equipment Sales came to us with a need for a website that can feature hundreds of pieces of equipment at a time, and since they are in the business of equipment sales and rentals, their inventory changes almost daily. We built a content management system for them where they can upload an Excel spreadsheet and photos to their website to update inventory and product information. They also manage their own "splash" ad on the home page, newsletters, and featured equipment listings without HTML knowledge or programming.
The Notable Corporation sells customized business forms and stationary products like letterhead or business cards. They also personalize apparel and promotional products with your company's name and/or logo. The Notable corporation is one of our oldest customers and we are proud to be one of their customers as well. The Notable Corporation contracted us to revamp their website, which we originally designed for them many many years ago. The new site went live in January, 2010. Besides the fresh coat of paint and content reorganization, CDS wrote an interactive system Notable's customers. They log in to check form inventory, release forms from storage, and reorder common forms. Since there was no need for real-time inventory, data is extracted and pumped out to their website nightly to drive the customer system.
SAMCO Technologies is in the biodiesel, quality water, wastewater treatment, and process filtration business. Previously, their website was designed and maintained internally, but in early 2006, they contracted us to revamp the site with a modern look and to optimize it by removing all the slow "FrontPage Extensions" upon which it was previously constructed. Their site is rich with content and serves as a communication channel with their customers and sales reps as well as an important lead-generation tool.
W. J. Cox Associates, Inc. has been specializing in providing insurance and risk management services to the forest products industry since 1979. W. J. Cox runs our business system to process Workers' Compensation Disability, Term Life, and Property/Causality Insurance Claims. Their business system is extended out to their clients so they can securely log into their website and manage their claims. Copeland Data Systems also redesigned their main website to give a more modern look and better organize information for navigational purposes.
Our relationship with UPMR goes back over twenty years. Since the dawn of the World Wide Web, UMPR has realized its importance, as they are a global business with branches in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Eastern Asia. We recently redesigned their website with graphical elements and themes to match the branding of their new marketing materials. As a convenience to their customers, we also integrated web services to provide live spot market precious metal prices on their website.
Cummings & Bricker Inc. sells diversified lines of agricultural equipment, light industrial, and landscape equipment through over one thousand dealers in the Northeastern, Midwestern, and Mid-Atlantic United States. We recently redesigned their website, focusing on ease of navigation and search engine optimization. They are easily able to manage content changes themselves, as their dealers and products, and territories are always changing.
Commercial Fabrics needed a website that closely followed the design and branding of their printed materials. Copeland Data Systems incorporated their colors and some design elements into the website and made it bilingually accessible to English and French speaking customers and prospects.

The Buffalo and Western New York Junior Soccer League provides an organized competitive environment for youth and young adult soccer players. Copeland Data Systems developed the site and organized the content so that updates can easily be made by multiple league volunteers.
Grand Island Sales and Service has been hauling and wholesaling petroleum products since 1974. GISS's 18 trucks and 35 trailers haul a variety of hazardous products like gasoline, lubricants, anti-freeze, liquid paving asphalt, propane, diesel and heating oil throughout the Eastern US and Southern Canada to customers in manufacturing, industrial, retail, airport and government operations. Copeland Data Systems wrote their dispatch system and recently extended out to their Internet so GISS's customers can place new orders, monitor current loads, and submit tank readings. Additionally, Copeland Data Systems wrote a Windows Mobile application that uses web services to connect their fleet of trucks directly with their dispatch system in real-time. Drivers are able to work through their load and delivery lists and submit gallon and stick readings while on the road, freeing up hundreds of calls each week to dispatch.
